About Bomb Tennis Arena

Bomb Tennis Arena replaces the ball with a bomb and expects you to be fine with it. Two players rally an increasingly angry explosive across a net; every hit speeds it up, every bounce shortens the fuse, and the rally ends when one side either misses or is standing next to the blast. Points for winners, soot for losers, and the scoreboard keeps a running tally of both.

The court is the second character. Conveyor-belt tiles drag returns long, spring tiles launch you into spike ceilings, and the occasional portal swaps your baseline for the opponent's mid-rally. Because the bomb's fuse is visible at all times, high-level play becomes a reading exercise: you know exactly when it will blow, and so does everyone watching.

Matches run to five points and rarely last longer than three minutes, which makes this the ideal argument settler. Controls are two keys per player, the game teaches itself in one rally, and it runs smoothly on anything with a browser, including the school laptop everyone pretends is for homework.

How to play

Desktop Player 1: A/D move, S swing. Player 2: ←/→ move, ↓ swing. First to 5 points wins.
Mobile Each player drags their character on their half of the screen and taps anywhere to swing.

Tips & tricks

  1. A soft return on a short fuse forces your opponent to do the risky hit — weaponize patience.
  2. Spring tiles are evasive tools first; use them to dodge, and only attack from them when the fuse is long.
  3. Watch the fuse, not the bomb — the timer tells you who is under pressure before the shot is even hit.
  4. On portal courts, glance at the portal color after every return; getting swapped mid-rally costs free points.

FAQ

What happens if the bomb explodes on my side?
Your opponent gains a point and a fresh bomb serves automatically. There is no other penalty, so aggressive play never costs more than one point.
Can four players play?
No, the arena is built strictly for one-on-one duels on a shared device. Doubles would need a second copy of physics.
Is there an offline mode?
The game needs a browser but not a constant connection once loaded; a dropped connection mid-match will not cost your progress.
